About Product
Our samples are made using 6mm low iron glass. Please note that due to the nature of glass processing limitations, certain glass sizes are not possible to toughen or the edges cannot be polished (chamfered). The samples are designed to demonstrate colour rendering on the back of the glass as close as possible as it would appear in your kitchen. Small samples are supplied non-toughened in a presentable package designed by ®CreoGlass. For further details on colour rendering and product limitations please refer to our terms & conditions.
Our Small Stock Samples come as 75mm x 75mm (Non-Toughened) Glass and are refundable on return (excluding bespoke colour mix or design).
Our Large Stock Samples are available on request in our showroom, come as 300mm x 300mm (Toughened and Polished) Glass and stock samples are refundable on return (*excluding made to order, bespoke colour mix or custom design samples).
Delivery Time
We keep the majority of our standard colours and design samples in stock available for online purchase so delivery time is between 2-3 working days. From time to time we might run out of certain popular samples and due to the demand delivery times might be extended to 1-2 weeks.
We would generally use Royal Mail for all Small and Medium-size samples and TNT for Large and Extra Large samples.
Return Policy
The cost of any sample can be refunded if returned to our showroom in good condition. (postage not included)

What is Toughened Mirror?
Most mirrors, such as those in bathrooms, gyms, shops, etc., are not toughened. They are prone to breaking easily and cannot endure high temperatures, which renders them unsuitable for kitchen splashbacks.
